Contest is held during Quadrantids meteor shower.
Start: 02 January 2011, 16:00 UTC
End: 05 January 2011, 05:59 UTC
During Russian Winter MS Contest

Band: 144 MHz
Modes: FSK441, HSCW, SSB.
For CQ in FSK441: 144.370 and 144.350 MHz
For CQ in HSCW: 144.100 (144.095 - 144.105) MHz
For CQ in SSB: 144.200 MHz
It is allowed to use DX-Cluster or other open chats for skeds.
ON4KST CHAT Recomended.


CATEGORIES
HP:
>100 Watt out.
LP:
Max 100 Watt out.  
QRP:
Max 10 Watt out SSB or DIGITAL, 5 Watt out CW.
SWL:
Any receiver and antenna.
Station can change location - big square during contest.
Station sends same logs. Result sums.
Station shows it in callsign by strog.


CONTEST EXCHANGE
None.
Standard procedure for Region 1 Meteor Scatter operation.
QSO is completed when both callsigns, both reports and a final rogers is received.
QSO time for LOG is the time of QSO completion.


PARTICIPANTS
Any.
Radio amateurs from all over the World are invited. Region 1 recomended.


POINTS
Any MS QSO valid.
Same station can be worked again using different mode (FSK441, HSCW, SSB).
1 point per FSK441 QSO.
3 point per HSCW QSO.
10 point per SSB QSO.
No log confirmed QSO valid if this callsign will be in 2 or more another logs.
Time difference in logs 10 minutes less.


MULTIPLIERS
Every big WW square (4-figure)
Multipliers count only once.

FINAL SCORE
QSOs points X number WW square.


SWL REMARK
Any received or decoded info during  MS QSO reports exchange valid.

Final score metod - same. Log format - also, plus decodes rows.

1-3 places in each category in each DXCC or TERRITORY receive an electronic awards.
