Privet, Bo i Uffe pishali
Dear fellow VHF DX operator
Uffe, PA5DD, and Bo, OZ2M, are on a DX-pedition to JP51BL. We would like to
work as many of our Russian friends as possible. But as you might know
during winter it is difficult to find good QTHs in Norway. No roads to the
tops are open and the cabins are located on the side of the mountians.
As you can see from these links it is not easy for us to work into Russia.
St. Petersburg is OK because it is close but RX1-DX and RA3 are not easy:

We therefore propose to arrange collective calling of as many RA-stations as
possible. Please everybody call at the same time as we will be able to find
out from which ATF reflections are the best. So please be active around 16
UTC Saturday or 4 UTC Sunday on 144,393 MHz FSK441, RXing first period to
LA/PA5DD. If you can be on the ON4KST chat also it is ideal. We will also
take skeds from 16 UTC Saturday and until end of DX-pedition:
