I'm sorry to write in English, but although I understand Russian it's difficult for me to type in Russian as I don't have any Russias keyboard nor I can type on it.
I don't quite understand the problem with the VUSC start. Would you please be more specific, i.e. Which Windows version you use (especially if it's 32 or 64 bit), the exact installation path, and the list of configuration files (*.cfg) in the installation directory?
Generally please note the following:
- The installation path must not contain any dots, spaces, or hyphens. A good example: C:\Mydirectory\VUSC
- On Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 10 you have to start it as Administrator i.e. right-click on the shortcut and choose "Run as administrator"
- Don't use the "Quick restart" options when starting the new version for the first time.
- The DLPortIO library for keying over LPT port works only on 32bit Windows. On 64bit Windows use the parameter nodlp just for sure.
- If the program reports the config file error or crashes after the start delete or move the files vuswin.cfg and quickstart.cfg files or copy one of the pre-defined config files (for instance vuscwin1280.cfg) as vuscwin.cfg
- The Windows registry manipulation applies only for Windows XP in the special case when DLPortIO stops working after Windows update. Nowadays it's not needed anymore as there are no new updates for Windows XP.
