Попробуйте выполнить следующие действия, если вы видите нечеткие символы в полях «Устройство», «Производитель» или «Продукт».
1 – Замените USB-порт и проверьте, устранена ли проблема.
Если проблема все еще сохраняется, выполните следующие действия.
(Будьте осторожны при замене драйверов, это может нанести вред вашему ПК)
2 – Загрузите последнюю версию rtl-sdr windows binary build с веб-сайта
https://ftp.osmocom.org/binaries/windows/rtl-sdr/ и найдите rtl_test.exe.
(rtl_test.exe — одна из утилит, входящих в дистрибутив).
3 – Откройте режим терминала Windows от имени администратора:
1. Нажмите сочетание клавиш «Windows key + X».
2. Выберите опцию «Терминал Windows (Администратор)».
3. Нажмите «Да» в приглашении.
4 — Перейдите в папку, содержащую rtl_test.exe, используя команду «CD..».
5 – Запустите rtl_test.exe:

7 – Запуск Задига
8 – На вкладке «Параметры» отметьте «Список всех устройств» и снимите флажок «Игнорировать концентраторы или составные родительские устройства».
9 – Найдите поле «RTL2838HHIDIR (Composite Parent)» и установите драйвер с именем «usbccgp».
Чтобы убедиться, что драйвер установлен правильно, повторите проверку с пункта 5 и убедитесь, что ошибка больше не появляется.

Please try the following steps if you see wild characters in any of the fields “Device” “Manufacturer” or “Product”

2 – Download the latest rtl-sdr windows binary build from website
https://ftp.osmocom.org/binaries/windows/rtl-sdr/ and find rtl_test.exe.
(rtl_test.exe is one of the utilities included in the distribution).
3 – Open Windows terminal mode as administrator:
1. Press the “Windows key + X” keyboard shortcut.
2. Select the “Windows Terminal (Admin)” option.
3. Click “Yes” in the prompt.
4 - Move to the folder containing rtl_test.exe using “CD..” command.
5 – Launch rtl_test.exe :
If you read on the terminal something like :

1: Realtek, RTL2838UHDIR, SN : 0000001
usb_open error -12
Failed to open rtlsdr device#0
Using device 0:Generic RTL2832U OEM
Means that rtl-sdr is not properly installed.
6 – Be sure to have the latest zadig.exe program ( https://zadig.akeo.ie/ )
7 – Launch Zadig
8 – Under the tab “Options” check “List All Devices” and uncheck “Ignore Hubs or Composite Parents”
9 – Find the field "RTL2838HHIDIR ( Composite Parent ) " and install the driver named "usbccgp".
To confirm that now the driver is installed correctly, repeat test at point 5 and confirm that you do not see the error anymore.
