- The MS procedure section has been renumbered from 7.4.x to 4.4.x but is otherwise the same.
- The handbook includes a new procedure: "4.5 MGM Contest operating procedures."
- Please also pay attention to section "4.6 QSO Procedure for Airplane Reflections" and section "4.8 Operating practice for digital modes."
