2008г.:3.1 Single Operator. One person performs all operating and logging functions, equipment adjustments and antenna alignment.
3.2 Multi-Operator. Two or more persons participate.
3.3 Single Band. A station log where all the contacts are from a single band.
3.4 Multi-band. A station log where contacts from two or more bands are combined into one score.
3.5 Assisted operation (Assisted). Any active or passive use of amateur or non-amateur communication tools used during the contest period to solicit and/or coordinate a contact prior to the start of that contact. Once the process of making a contact started further coordination is prohibited until after the contact is completed in its entirety via the EME path. If, for some reason, the contact is not completed in its entirety via the EME path and another attempt is coordinated or arranged, the process of making the contact must be restarted from the beginning. Self spotting is allowed.
3.6 Mixed Mode. A contest score comprised of both analog mode contacts (CW, Phone) and Digital mode contacts.
2009г.3.1 Single Operator All Mode: Any combination of CW, phone, or digital modes. Available for all bands.
3.2 Single Operator CW Only: 144, 432, and 1296 MHz bands and Multi band logs.
3.3 Multioperator All Mode: Any combination of CW, phone, or digital modes. Available for all bands.
3.4 Multioperator CW Only: 144, 432, and 1296 MHz bands and Multi band logs.
8.1 Single operator, Multi-band, All Mode
8.2 Single operator, Multi-band, CW Only
8.3 Single operator, All Mode, for each single band.
8.4 Single operator, CW, for each of the single bands 144, 432, and 1296 MHz.
8.5 Multioperator, Multi-band, All Mode
8.6 Multioperator, Multi-band, CW Only
8.7 Multioperator, All Mode, for each single band.
8.8 Multioperator, CW, for each of the single bands 144, 432, and 1296 MHz.
Assisted:
3.5 Assisted operation (Assisted)... Self spotting is allowed.
6.3 During the contest periods, no contest entrant, in any category --single-operator or multi-operator-- may use non-EME means for the purpose of self-spotting, solicitation or coordination of QSOs or attempts to make contact; nor may any entrant use assistance or provide assistance in the form of frequency spotting or use any form of DX spotting, Packet Cluster, Ping Jockey, email, telephone, etc. Exception: liaison to coordinate band-by-band activity is explicitly permitted for the bands2.3 GHz and higher.
