Hello All,
VHF and UHF was very busy 26 and 27 September. Here is a summary of traffic from SK0EN
26 September
144MHz ES 1, UA1 4, LY 4, OH 2, EW 10, UA3 12, RK2 1, UX4 1, UR3 1 ODX UX4IJ 1736km
432MHz EW 3, YL 2, UA3 4, UA1 3, RK2 1 ODX RW3TJ 1524km
1296MHz ODX RN3F 1171km
27 September 144MHz UA3 4, UA1 6, SM 2, OH 8, YL 2, LY 6, EW 10, DL 1, UA2 1, UT8 1 ODX UT8AL 1316km
432MHz UT8 1, EW 2, LA 1, OH 1, UR5 1 ODX UR5LX 1509km
I have noted some strange relationship in several QSO. In agreement with UT9UR, Arkadij, the path to a station and from the same station can be very different. The QSO with UR5LX on 432, when Sergej give me 579 and at that time I could just hear him in the noise. Only several minutes earlier he was 559 on my S-meter. Same thing happen with some EW stations, I can read them 599 but get very low signal strength report back.
By looking on the ON4KST DX-map, the traffic was very intense across the tropo area.
Until now we have worked 171QSO in this fantastic tropo conditions. And you can see from the ODX distance, we are very happy to say Big Thank You to all operators.
